Whenever im giving the opportunity to witness anything multi cultural, I jump at the chance. Alex and Lindi’s wedding was a mix of old and new; of traditional and non. It involved handmade and hand painted traditional Vietnamese wedding garments from Vietnam; a tea ceremony with offerings from family members, honoring lost relatives…family members making all the flower arrangements, and a reception at U Garden in St Paul to top it off.

Alex and Lindi, in Vietnamese tradition, greeted each table of relatives who offered musings and advice for the newlyweds - complete with monetary offerings as well. They toasted with cheered with each table - a mix of different languages and cultures but most of all - joyous laughter! Congratulations to such a sweet couple and they families who supported them from near and far!
